On the evening of 29th December 2023 the weather was cold and chilly, but significantly dry. Armed with two infra-red survey cameras, a Warmer Homes team made up of Colin Andrews, Lindsay Andrews, Sandi Bryant, John Haywood and Chris Morgan completed a training programme of four home surveys in the north of Ringwood.
This was the lead-up to the first phase of surveys that the Warmer Home team will be doing in the parishes of Ringwood and Ellingham, Harbridge and Ibsley during January and February 2024.
Currently the team have over 50 bookings for surveys. The surveys are completely free and show heat loss on the outside of your home to highlight areas of poor insulation where you are losing heat and money.
